I will offer suggestions to further explore topics presented and taught in session. I may also suggest books to read and review together as appropriate. Both; I do want to create strife. There is a tea shop on site, and I do not want you coming into session without caffeine if that’s your thing!

Most definitely brand name; only the best to catch your tears during your journey to reclaim your happy.
Dogs or cats?
This is a tough one; I am a dog lover by nature, but we have three wonderful cats that live in the building and love to join you in session if you choose cats.
Shoes or barefoot?
I wear shoes during transitions from place to place, but I love flip-flops and being barefoot. In session, it is your choice – whichever is most comfortable for you.
